Double-Chocolate Cookie Dippers & Mousse

Dipping chocolate chips is one of my all time favorites for any easy desserts. Best served when having movie marathons, date with your partner, or after meals. It can also be a good appetizer for your gourmet recipes.



Ingredients

1/2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate

1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

4 pkg. (0.78 oz. each) SNACKWELL'S Fudge Drizzled Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions

MICROWAVE chocolate in small microwaveable bowl as directed on package.

WHISK in 2 Tbsp. whipped topping until well blended. Stir in remaining whipped topping.

REFRIGERATE 30 min. Serve as a dip with the cookies.
