    250gms flour, all-purpose
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    100gms cocoa powder
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    100ml mayonnaise
    1 cup pre made strong coffee
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Preparation Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

    In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, coffee, and vanilla extract.

    Stir the liquid mixtures into the dry ingredients.

    Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and sprinkle cocoa over it.

    Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 350 degree F. Allow it to cool before serving.
