Chocolate Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

2 squares dark chocolate

1 tablespoon vegetable shortening

2 cups boiling water

3/4 cup white sugar

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnut meats

2 scoops fresh Whipped cream

Preparation Instructions

Melt the chocolate with little water till it dissolves evenly.Add vegetable shortening, salt, and cornstarch mixed with sugar. Stir and boil for about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour at once into wet mold.

When cool, turn out and serve with whipped cream.
